A collaborative digital transformation for an international youth organisation.
The Pony Club is an international youth organisation supporting young people in riding, horse care and equestrian sport. They asked us to modernise their website and align it with their refreshed brand, while creating a structure that could support more than three hundred branches, each with its own content and personality.
We worked closely with staff and volunteers to shape the information architecture, ensuring the site reflected real world needs and responsibilities. Once the structure was agreed, we moved into a mobile first design phase, creating a clean and accessible interface that works for young people, parents and volunteers alike.
The build included complex integrations for event booking, membership processes and user roles, all delivered through a custom WordPress theme. We supported the launch with training documents, focused sessions and drop in online events to ensure every branch could manage its own space confidently.
A digital platform shaped with staff and volunteers, built to support hundreds of branches with clarity and confidence.
I have been working closely with Buzz for the past months on an extensive website refresh, alongside ongoing continuous development, and they have been a pleasure to work with. What sets them apart is their ability to truly embed themselves in how we think as a charity and to understand what we are trying to achieve. They are proactive, quick to respond, and consistently bring creative ideas and practical solutions—it genuinely feels like a true partnership.
